Arising as a result of the programme, quality objectives and targets are set with system audits, policy changes or legal/regulatory changes being implemented as required.

As part of this company-wide continuous improvement programme, a selection of activities have been undertaken.


Improvement Tools/Techniques


The programme has involved the introduction of a number of quality and improvement tools throughout the business. Some of these existed prior to the programme, with others being introduced via training and development. They include:
