Bulwell Precision Engineers is pleased to announce its recent approvals by all Airbus sites, approval details are as below :
Machining : general machining, screw thread (cutting and rolling), spinning in of bearings, machine engraving, grinding, NC machining, CNC machining

Non-Destructive Testing : dye penetrant, fluorescent penetrant, magnetic, anodic (GEB)
Protective Treatment : chromic anodising, paint spraying and stoving, chromate conversion (Alocrom) (GEB), chromating magnesium alloys (GEB)
Testing : mechanical function, co-ordinate measuring machine inspection and/or programming.
Assembly : major and minor assemblies
Miscellaneous Manufacture And Processes : aircraft standard parts (washers, sealing rings, circlips, nuts, etc), vacu-blasting
Material Control : procurement of approved casting and forgings, receipt of approved castings and forgings, procurements of raw materials & standard parts
